Return & exchange Policy

RETURN, REPLACEMENT AND REFUND

All products ordered from Emperors Yathra (EY) and successfully delivered to the user may be returned in accordance with the terms outlined below:

Conditions for Return

Products will NOT be accepted for return under the following circumstances:
❌ The product has been damaged by the user.
❌ There is a change in the quality, quantity, or other characteristics of the product.
❌ The returned product does not match the product originally delivered.
❌ Any other circumstances that EY may notify or deem appropriate from time to time.

Return and Size Exchange Policy

  • Return or size exchange must be initiated within 10 days of order delivery.
  • Tags on the product should be intact.
  • The product should be unwashed, unused, and in an undamaged condition.
  • The item should be returned along with the original packaging.

Refund Policy

Refund Mode:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method:
    • Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking: Refund to the same payment mode.
    • Wallet: Refund to the linked wallet.
    • Cash on Delivery (COD):
      • Refund via NEFT (user to provide bank details in writing).
      • Refund to the linked wallet on the EY user account.

Processing Time:

  • Refunds will be initiated once the product passes the quality check.
  • Processing time depends on the payment method and the user's bank processing times.

Disclaimer

The user acknowledges that EY will not be liable for any:

  • Damages
  • Interests
  • Claims resulting from non-processing or delay in processing an order beyond the control of EY.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All products purchased from Emperors Yathra (EY) shall be delivered through a logistics partner or directly by EY.

Delivery Terms

  • Deliveries will be made on a best-effort basis.
  • EY will aim to deliver products on the dates specified in the order confirmation but does not guarantee delivery timelines.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • A nominal fee may be charged on all COD orders.
  • COD charges will be displayed at the time of placing the order and in order confirmation emails.
  • COD fees are non-refundable if an item is returned or if the order is canceled after shipping.

Delivery Attempts

  • The logistics partner will make a maximum of three delivery attempts.
  • If the user is unavailable or refuses delivery during these attempts, EY reserves the right to cancel the order at its discretion.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • An estimated delivery time will be displayed on the order summary page.
  • After placing an order, an email containing the order summary and estimated delivery time will be sent to the registered email address.

Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Bad weather
  • Flight delays
  • Political disruptions
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

EY shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in delivery, including any damage or loss caused to the products during transit.

CHANGES TO TERMS

EY reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

  • Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
  • Continued use of the website after changes signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
