Products purchased from Emperors Yathra Online Store is committed to your happiness. We want you to be as pleased with your purchase as we are in serving you. If you’re not happy for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 14 days of your order delivery date.

Follow the below steps to Return an Item.

  2. Enter the order number & mobile number associated with the order.
  3. Select the product & quantity you wish to return Select the pick-up address.
  4. Select the pick-up date. (3-5 days window).
  5. Confirmation SMS shall be sent on your registered mobile number.

    Please Note:

    — Any damage caused due to neglect; improper usage will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
    — Products can only be returned if they are in an unused condition
    — Face Masks and Shapewear products are not applicable for returns
    — All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with.
    — In case of concerns on the delivered product, kindly reach out to our customer support team on > within 72 hours of delivery. Please note that we will not be able to address your claims in case this timeline is exceeded.

    For products bought at a retail EY store, kindly contact the store where the item was originally
    purchased. The knowledgeable retail sales associates will assist you with any concerns.

    Exchange Policy for Products from Emperors Yathra (EY) Online Store:

    Unfortunately, exchanging products directly is not possible. If needed, please place a new order on the EY Online Shop. We appreciate your understanding.

    Purchases from Emperors Yathra (EY) Retail Stores:

    If you’ve purchased a product from EY retail store, kindly handle any concerns by contacting the store where the item was originally bought.

    Exchange or Claim Process:

    • To initiate an exchange or claim, it is essential to have the article inspected by the store team.
    • The store team can facilitate an exchange only with articles available in the store at the time of the exchange/claim.
    • Replacement against exchange/claims is contingent upon the availability of the same product. If the product is not in stock, the replacement will be adjusted against a subsequent purchase at the same store.
    • The value of the replaced article will match the original purchase price mentioned in the invoice, irrespective of the current price during the exchange/claim.
    • If the replaced article’s value is lower, no cash refund or credit note will be issued. If the value is higher, the store will recover the difference in cash or card against the sale.
    • Articles purchased on discount or during the sale period are not eligible for warranty or exchange.

      Requirements for Exchange/Claim

  • Carrying the original bill and the product with intact tags is mandatory for the exchange or claim process.

    Cancellation by Emperors Yathra:

    Emperors Yathra retains the right to cancel orders at its discretion, citing reasons such as limited product quantities, pricing inaccuracies, or potential fraud. If an order is cancelled after payment, the corresponding amount will be promptly refunded to the customer’s credit card. Additional verifications or information may be requested before accepting an order. Customers are urged not to dispute Emperors Yathra decisions on cancellations, acknowledging and accepting the company’s judgment in such matters.


Cancelled Orders:

  • Prepaid: Refund processing time is 5-15 working days, depending on your bank.
  • EY Credits: Refund reflects in your registered account within 48 working hours.

    Returned Orders:

    Upon completion of the quality check after the product reaches our warehouse, refunds are
    initiated as follows:

  • Prepaid: Refunds initiated in 48 hours, and the amount may take 5-15 working days to reflect in your account.
  • EY Credits: Refunds initiated in 24 hours, and credits reflect in your registered account within 2 working days.
  • Cash on Delivery: A link will be sent within 48 hours via registered number and email. Claim the amount by entering your UPI Id or Bank Account info. (Link valid for 7 days).
